Somerset, NJ, November 15, 2005 -- Bernafon, LLC today announced that John Luna has resigned from the company to pursue other opportunities.
John Luna has been responsible for the successful relocation and restructuring of Bernafon from Minnesota to New Jersey. The restructuring of the company has proved successful at improving operation efficiencies, manufacturing quality, upward unit sales and positive financial results.
John R. Luna, President and Chief Operating Officer of Bernafon, LLC, affirmed the company's turnaround: "Following a successful restructure, Bernafon is poised to continue building strong brand image and market share gains with incremental unit sales in the U.S."

An interim management team will lead the company until John's successor is in place.
