Beltone Holds “BOLD” Conference in Tucson

Company Honors Distinguished Hearing Care Practitioners and Presents First-Ever Circle of Excellence Awards.

(May 22, 2013) Chicago, Ill.https://www.beltone.com/ – Beltone, a leader in hearing aids for over 70 years, held its 2013 Beltone Owner Leadership Development (BOLD) Conference at the Westin LaPaloma Resort in Tucson, Ariz., April 18-20, 2013. The annual conference was attended by over 300 business owners who are a part of Beltone’s dispenser network.

During the meeting, Beltone President Todd Murray congratulated all of the company’s network members for their remarkable achievements and presented performance awards to top practitioners throughout the U.S. and Canada, including the prestigious President’s Cup Award to Kevin Royer of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The award honors dedicated individuals who consistently provide a high level of patient hearing care within their communities.

“This award recognizes those practitioners whose professionalism and care go well beyond their office and into the community,” said Beltone President Todd Murray. “Royer’s leadership and dedication is the ultimate example of this and he continues to find unique ways to give back to his community.”

Beltone presented other top performance awards including the first-ever Circle of Excellence Award to Daniel and Jean Fletcher of Southgate, MI., Jackie Miller of Chattanooga, TN., Dr. Rebecca Wood and Gayla Scott of Peoria, IL, John Lynch of Greensboro, NC and 2013 President’s Cup winner Kevin Royer also received the first-time award which was created to recognize those who exhibit excellence in all aspects of hearing care.  According to Murray, the Circle of Excellence program identifies the ‘best of the best’ based on a series of best practice criteria developed specifically for members of the Beltone network.
