Stephen MacDougall Joins Company as Service Technician.

Stephen MacDougallSchaumburg, ILL., November 12, 2012 – Audiology Systems Inc., a national partnership of industry professionals, audiologists and local audiology and vestibular instrument experts, and the exclusive distributor for GN Otometrics (MADSEN, AURICAL, ICS), Intelligent Hearing Systems and Noise Barriers in more than half of the US, announced today that it is expanding its national service team with the hiring of Stephen MacDougall as a service technician in the northwest.  MacDougall will report directly to Chris Dean, national service director at Audiology Systems.

MacDougall’s territory will include Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Alaska and Hawaii, where he will work closely with Alex Carlton, regional sales manager for those states.  His responsibilities will include traditional hardware and software support services, including on-site assistance, installation, and calibration.

He joins Audiology Systems from Best Buy, where he was an onsite computer technician specializing in network maintenance, diagnostics, hardware repair and software solutions.  Prior to that, he was a senior computer technician and sales associate, also with Best Buy.  “While Stephen is an experienced technical professional with solid experience in system diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs, he also understands Audiology Systems’ forward-thinking customer care philosophy,” said Michel Jurgens, general manager at at Audiology Systems.  “He is an excellent addition to our dynamic and growing technical service team.”

MacDougall earned a bachelor of science in management information systems from Washington State University and is presently pursuing a masters of business administration at Portland State University, in Oregon.
