Audiology Systems Inc. Adds Three New Sales Executives

Territory Growth Drives Team Expansion in New York, California, Nevada and Carolinas.

Schaumburg, IL., March 13, 2013 – Audiology Systems Inc., a national partnership of industry professionals, audiologists and local audiology and vestibular instrument experts, has recently added three sales executives to its growing team in New York, California, Nevada and the Carolinas.  In the newly created positions, Stephen Rodriguez, Mary Gallert, Au.D., and Robert Bellia, Jr.,  will report to the respective regional sales manager in each territory, and will be responsible for sales and support of the Audiology Systems product portfolio including GN Otometrics (MADSEN, ICS, AURICAL), Intelligent Hearing Systems and Noise Barriers.

“The Audiology Systems sales team is expanding rapidly in direct response to substantial growth in each of these territories,” said Michel Jurgens, general manager of Audiology Systems. “Stephen, Mary and Rob all fit perfectly with our vision of creating the most professional, consultative and accessible sales and service team in the industry.  They are all excellent additions to our team and will be strong contributors, as we continue to expand in California, Nevada, the Carolinas and New York.”

Rodriguez has joined the California and Nevada team, and will report to John Buswold, regional sales manager. He joins Audiology Systems with more than 20 years of sales experience.  Most recently, he held the position of hospital sales representative with Forest Laboratories.  While there, he successfully launched eleven drugs to multiple practitioners, across a wide range of medical disciplines, and consistently ranked among the top selling sales representatives in the company.  Rodriguez earned a bachelor of science in marketing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.


Mary Gallert, Au.D.

Dr. Gallert is now part of the North and South Carolina territory, and will report to Will Jones, regional sales manager. She comes to Audiology Systems from Jawonio, Inc. a non-profit agency serving all populations, where she worked as a clinical audiologist for more than ten years.  She also has owned and operated her own private audiology practice.  Dr. Gallert earned her doctor of audiology degree from Salus University (previously Pennsylvania College of Optometry-School of Audiology); she holds master of science and bachelor of science degrees in communication disorders from the State University of New York at New Paltz.

Robert Bellia, Jr.

Bellia has joined the New York City territory, and will report to Steve Nowakowski, regional sales manager. He has been a licensed hearing aid dispenser for six years.  He joins Audiology Systems from Costco Hearing Center, where he evaluated patients, made hearing instrument recommendations and drove practice  growth through community relations efforts and successful referral programs.  Bellia earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Long Island University.
