It is with great pleasure and pride that I announce the promotion of Paul Dybala, Ph.D. to President & Editor-in-Chief of Audiology Online. Paul brings with him a wealth of knowledge in audiology, technology and web-based learning. He is known as one of the pioneers of the internet for the profession. I look forward to his continued contributions to Audiology Online.

Paul is an audiologist who received his doctorate from University of Texas-Dallas / Callier Center and currently has an appointment there as an adjunct faculty member. He is also a board member of the Scott Haug Foundation - an organization dedicated to providing practical and fun clinical educational opportunities for hearing healthcare professionals.

Paul comes highly recommended by our past President and Editor-in-Chief, Douglas L. Beck, Au.D. Doug has accepted a wonderful opportunity within the industry and we all wish him terrific success in his new endeavors. Doug expanded the role beyond our expectations since joining Audiology Online six years ago. It has been both an honor and pleasure to work with Doug.
