Customer Service and Product Support Expansion
Audina Hearing Instruments, Inc (Longwood, FL) announces the expansion and restructuring of its Customer Service Department with the addition of Marcy Little and Micheal Werner.
Marcy has joined the Audina product support team with over 5 years experience in the hearing aid industry. Her primary experience was in a multi-location hearing aid practice with focus on the selection and fitting of hearing aids. She has received extensive training on the Audina product and ezFIT software. Marcy will be responsible for assisting our customers with selection, fitting and troubleshooting the Audina products.
Mike Werner has joined the Audina Customer Service department. He is one of the customer service representatives responsible for greeting and processing all incoming calls to the company. Other duties include reporting on order status, tracking of shipments, reporting on warranty dates, processing priority service requests, and processing material requests.
