This year's premier piece was a transaxis dichoicube glass sculpture by California artist, Toland Sand, from the Scherer Gallery in Sedona, AZ. The sculpture, along with many other beautiful pieces of art, and music provided by "Hearing AID" helped make the auction a huge success.
Eighty golfers played at the El Conquistador Golf and Tennis Resort in a park-like setting surrounded by natural mesquite and palo verde trees. The success of this event was due to the generous support of its sponsors, Advance for Audiologists, Bernafon, ESCO, GN ReSound/GN Otometrics, Omni Hearing Systems, Oticon, Siemens, Sonic Innovations, Starkey and Widex.
Proceeds from these fun-filled events will be used to promote the transition of Audiology to a doctoral profession.
