AFA Awards Fellowships to Au.D. Students

The Audiology Foundation of America has awarded merit based Alliance Fellowships of $2500 each to eight full-time residential Au.D. degree students. The students are enrolled at Ball State University, Central Michigan University, University of Louisville, University of Memphis and University of South Florida.

The AFA has provided annual scholarships for new career entrants into audiology since 1993. It is proud of its contributions to support the education and training of future Doctors of Audiology. To date, the AFA's Alliance Fellowship Program has awarded more than $430,000 and supported 72 different Au.D. students.

The Alliance Fellowship Program is supported by the hearing industry, which donates money and establishes relationships with the students who visit the facilities and are mentored by the sponsoring companies. The students and their sponsors are as follows:
