Call for Abstracts: The American Cochlear Implant Alliance and the University of Miami Scientific Program Committee, chaired by Ivette Cejas, PhD, and Fred F. Telischi, MD, are pleased to announce that the Call for Abstracts for CI2019 Pediatric is now open.
Please consider submitting your research on cochlear implants and other auditory technology to the CI2019 program. Abstracts pertaining to the CI2019 Program Theme "Treating the Whole Child" and topics below are encouraged:

Moving the Field Forward: Expanding Indications & Special Needs Populations
New Models of Service Delivery: Models for a Global Healthcare Market
Complex Cases: Surgical and Audiological Management
Advancements in Pediatric CI: Science, Technology, and Medicine
The abstract submission deadline is December 6, 2018 at 11:59pm CT. Please be advised that there will be no extensions to this deadline, so plan ahead.
Please note: All presenters of papers and posters are required to register for CI2019 and are responsible for their own travel expenses. Click here to review the CI2019 Abstract Guidelines and to submit your abstract.
Student Opportunities at CI2019: Student Poster Competition and Student Scholarships will again be available for those enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, residency or fellowship program.
Student authors may indicate if an abstract should be considered for the Student Poster Competition as part of the abstract submission process. Scholarship Applications will open in early October 2018.
