(McLean, VA) - One of the most highly acclaimed writers of our time, Amy Tan, will address the General Assembly at the American Academy of Audiology's 14th Annual Convention & Expo from April 17-20, 2002 in Philadelphia, PA. Ms. Tan is the author of the beloved international best-selling novel, The Joy Luck Club, which explores the relationships of Chinese women and their Chinese-American daughters. She is also the author of The Kitchen God's Wife, The Hundred Secret Senses and two children's books. Her latest novel, The Bonesetter's Daughter was published in 2001.
