AARP Services, Inc. and HearUSA have delayed the launch of the AARP Hearing Care Program in order to restructure the proposed program.
Given the current challenges facing the U.S. economy, AARP Services and HearUSA determined that a more measured approach is needed to ensure the program will be successful and meet the needs of AARP members.
AARP Services and HearUSA are working collaboratively to develop and implement a far reaching hearing care program that offers real value to AARP members and anticipates launching the pilot program in the third quarter of 2009.
AARP Services and HearUSA want to ensure the program follows through on its original commitment to dramatically expand awareness of hearing loss in America and offer easy and affordable access to professional hearing solutions.
