The impairment of spatial hearing abilities due to the loss of binaural hearing cues can lead to difficulty localizing sound and a reduced ability to understand speech in noise. Individuals may even experience social isolation or anxiety. This course will explain the impact of SSD and the Starkey CROS, BiCROS, and AmpCROS solutions that are available.
