From Clinic to Classroom: Functional Approaches to Working with Children with Unilateral Hearing Loss, in partnership with Educational Audiology Association
This is a two-part course focusing on diagnosis and management of pediatric unilateral hearing losses in the clinical setting, the impact of unilateral hearing loss in the educational setting, and building professional working relationships to best support our patients/students. This course reviews the medical and educational impact of unilateral hearing loss for children, current recommendations regarding device and rehabilitation options, and conducting functional testing in the clinic and school settings to provide individualized recommendations for families and educational teams.
