Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Audiologist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, a strong understanding of audiological assessments, and the ability to provide personalized treatment plans. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations for patients of all ages.
  • Diagnose and treat hearing disorders and balance issues.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Fit and program hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
  • Provide counseling and support to patients and their families.
  • Stay current with advancements in audiology and hearing technology.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Document and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Audiology (Au.D. or M.A./M.S. in Audiology).
  • Hearing Instrument Specialist, licensed in the state of Virginia
  • Current state licensure in Audiology (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience with hearing aids and audiological assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
