Responsibilities will include farming current clients and contracts while simultaneously hunting for new revenue streams. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking exposure and growth into account management and field sales.

Opportunity Highlights/Responsibilities:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, with some weekend work as needed.
- Finding new potential clients.
- Work with parallel industries such as Vocational Rehabilitation, the Veterans Administration, Audiologists, Hearing Aid Centers, etc.
- Setting up and conducting online as well as in-person product training and sales meetings.
- Managing our product demo room, including equipment and products.
- Customer follow-ups and weekly performance reporting.
- Participate in exhibitions, conventions, and similar events.
- Other tasks communicated with the Sales manager or the CEO.
Requirements/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business or marketing.
- Proven track record of multi-year sales experience.
- Experience with government contracts is a plus.
- Hearing Industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing sales technology tools.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary plus the opportunity for bonuses.
- Medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, and PTO.
- 401K / Simple IRA, maximum 3%.
