We are seeking an Audiologist for a new traveling trainer position with a MAJOR company within the hearing industry!
The trainer will be responsible for providing audiological and technical training designed to increase Clinician/Dispenser knowledge, skills and familiarity with product lines while providing support to the sales team.
The territory covers the Northern and Southern California - candidates MUST live in the Los Angeles, San Francisco, Bay Area, or Sacramento areas. Expect extensive travel with a minimum of 3-4 overnights per week, traveling Monday - Thursday.
Job Details and Responsibilities:
- Trainer will provide product and software training to personnel designed to increase customer knowledge, skills and familiarity with the product lines.
- Responsible for 8-10 in office trainings each week.
- Primarily private practices, ENTs, and hospitals.
- Trainers are also the "go-to problem solver", helping with challenging patient situations and technical support calls.
- Participate at national, state and regional meetings as well as and public speaking events / seminars.
- Trainers will interact with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, Technical Support and Research & Development to ensure a quality customer experience.
Training:
- Prior experience is NOT required as extensive training will be provided during an immersive onboarding process.
- After a 10 week training program the candidate will hit the road with other trainers to shadow.
- Medical Device training provided.
