Location:  Currently in Arlington, TX, but beginning in 2025, this position will be based in our new building in Mansfield, TX.

Core Responsibilities:

• Build and establish rapport with our patients and their families.
• Prioritize and handle a high volume of patients.
• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations for all ages, including VRA, CPA, otoacoustic emissions, and tympanometry.
• Provide comprehensive hearing aid services for school-age children and adults, including traditional hearing aids, BAHA/OSIA devices, and hearing aid verification.
• Opportunity to provide cochlear implant services for qualified candidates.
• Accurately analyze and interpret results of diagnostic testing, and assess the patient’s candidacy for hearing aids and cochlear implants.
• Provide effective counseling and education to diverse patient populations.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Be a team player and build rapport within the audiology department and the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

• Doctoral degree (Au.D.) from an accredited school of audiology.
• Valid active license to practice in the state of Texas.
• One year of experience preferred.
