Core Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, you will:

• Build lasting relationships with patients and their families.
• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic testing, including VRA, CPA, OAEs, and tympanometry.
• Deliver personalized hearing aid and implant services tailored to each patient's needs.
• Educate and counsel patients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their hearing health.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

What You Bring to the Table

• Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program.
• Active Texas audiology license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• 1+ years of experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome).
• Passion for patient care and a desire to make a difference.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary starting at $68,000 (DOE), plus monthly commissions.
