Job Summary

As a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional hearing care, guiding patients through evaluations, fittings, and follow-ups. You'll play a vital role in ensuring that Hearing Care for Life becomes a reality for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Hearing Care: Conduct thorough hearing evaluations and consultations, always prioritizing patient education and understanding.
  • Custom Hearing Solutions: Recommend and fit appropriate hearing instruments tailored to individual needs and lifestyles.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about hearing loss, hearing treatment, and effective communication strategies.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide continued counseling, follow-up care, and adjustments to ensure optimal hearing outcomes.
  • Opportunity in Every Interaction: Approach each patient encounter with the goal of enhancing their hearing journey.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in outreach events to promote hearing health awareness and education.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Must hold a valid PA license as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist.
  • Experience: Prior experience in hearing healthcare is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for providing exceptional patient care and improving lives.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
