As our Regional Clinic Leader, you’ll be the coaching guru and supportive guide for Providers and clinics in your region, helping them hit all the right notes! Collaborating with the Regional Manager and Director, you’ll assess skills, provide training, and ensure our teams are rocking the AAH Pathways and Protocols. Whether you’re stepping in to cover vacancies, mentoring trainees for their state exams, or maintaining top-notch performance as a Provider, your leadership will be key to our success. The Regional Clinic Leader (RCL) is responsible for coaching and offering support to Providers/clinics in their region. The RCL will work closely with the Regional Manager/Regional Director to assess the skill level of the providers and PSC’s and plan appropriate follow up. Duties include covering offices that have a vacancy, training according to the AAH Pathways and Protocols, assisting with trainees as they prepare for licensure and state exams, and general coaching of the staff on a regular basis. This position also consists of maintaining high level performance at a primary location as the Provider.

Approach and Deployment (What to Do & How to Do It)

Conduct assessment of office & training needs.

Help coordinate metrics for Provider performance.

Conduct and or organize Provider training with RM/RD approval.

Train staff on AAH protocol and pathways.

Work with Regional Director and Director of Learning to implement appropriate training.

Schedule training workshops

Maintain follow up with practitioners

Develop follow up modules for protocol attendees after attending initial training

Assist trainees with sales and clinical training for state licensure

Work with new trainees to obtain state licensure

Schedule training plan

Coach and train on clinical and sales process

Coach practitioners on sales process and offer regular guidance and feedback on performance

Offer guidance and feedback to regional practitioners on performance improvement

Work with Regional Director on review process

Have regular check-ins and conversations with practitioners on areas of strengths and areas for improvement

Ensure Patient Journey Experience is top priority.

Conduct patient diagnostics.

Refer to Physicians or other professionals as needed.

Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories according to All American Hearing sales protocol.

Cover other offices as needed (vacation, sick time, etc.)

Provide training and coaching to HIS apprentices as needed

Collaborates with Regional Director/Manager to oversee financial management of office.

Oversee new and retention marketing efforts for office, in coordination with National Marketing staff.

Maintain clinical equipment, tools and supplies.

Maintain office appearance in conjunction with the Patient Services Coordinator.

Oversees Regulatory Compliance

Oversee compliance with OSHA Infection Control regulations.

Oversee compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Oversee compliance with state and local business licensing regulations

Obtains necessary continuing education to renew HIS license annually

 

Job Requirements

Education:
4 year degree or equivalent experience

Experience:
3 years of retail dispensing
Public speaking experience and training
Sales and Sales workshop experience.
Working knowledge of market and business practices
Expert knowledge of software systems including: Excel, Word, Hearing Fusion and Inspire OS

Skills & Abilities
Good problem solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
