This leading diagnostic audiology practice in North Bergen, NJ is seeking a dedicated Audiologist to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or an experienced Audiologist who enjoys a diverse, patient-centered role without the pressure of sales.
The practice is part of a larger audiology group with multiple locations across New Jersey, operating in a hybrid private practice and medical setting. With strong ties to ENT specialists and a steady flow of referrals, this is a busy practice where team collaboration is key.
The focus is on diagnostics with hearing aids as a supplemental service, making this the perfect opportunity for someone who wants a well-rounded audiology experience without the sales-driven environment.
Job Details and Responsibilities:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, professional daytime hours.
- Responsibilities include diagnostics, patient care, expectation management, and fitting/dispensing hearing aids (NO sales quotas).
- Work with ENT referrals, handle VNGs, ABRs, and a small number of pediatric cases.
- Potential to assist in business development if interested.
