As an Audiologist at South City Hearing & Audiology, you will get to:
- Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations and assessments
- Interpret test results and communicate findings to patients in a clear and empathetic manner
- Recommend and dispense appropriate hearing aids and other hearing assistive technologies
- Conduct follow-up visits to adjust and fine-tune hearing devices for optimal performance
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing health and communication strategies
- Spend the time you need with patients to build strong, lasting relationships
- Collaborate with a fun team of professionals who are devoted to patient care
Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited university
- State licensure to practice Audiology in Missouri
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
- Excellent communication and counseling abilities
- Proficiency in audiological assessment equipment and hearing aid fitting software
