Audiologist – Full Time – Great Barrington, MA – $6,000 Sign-On Bonus

Berkshire Health Systems is welcoming a full-time Audiologist who seeks to provide patient-centered care in the prevention, identification, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention and treatment of hearing, balance, and other related disorders for people of all ages.

This is a great opportunity to build your own practice as the sole provider in our Great Barrington clinic, while having the support of an established organization, team, and patient base. Plus, our high-tech facility with real ear measurement equipment helps our Audiologists provide quality hearing aid and diagnostic services to the community.

A Day in the Life:

• Counseling patients and their family members regarding test results and review options which best meet their hearing care needs. 
• Conducting diagnostic testing and evaluations including Audiograms and Tympanograms.

• Dispensing appropriate hearing care products to meet their needs and provide realistic expectations to ensure patient success.
• Performing hearing aid checks, repairs and cleaning as needed for patients. 
• Work Monday to Friday from 8:00-4:30pm

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience preferred. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a clinical doctorate in Audiology (Au.D) or master's degree acceptable with national certifying body endorsement.
• Current or eligibility to obtain Audiology licensure in Massachusetts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with patient, colleague and vender population.
• Ability to comprehend, speak and write the English language.
