AUDIOLOGIST- SIGN -ON BONUS

We are a growing hearing healthcare practice in Brookline, MA currently seeking an Audiologist who is driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping patients hear well again. The ideal candidate must be strong clinically and have the ability able to effectively counsel while building patient rapport. The hours for the position are Monday-Friday 9-5PM. We are looking for an Audiologist to become part of our team-oriented, patient-focused practice. Brookline, MA has been ranked as one of the top areas to live for any economic stature.

Daily tasks and responsibilities:

• Establish effective rapport with patients and their family members, making appropriate recommendations for their hearing needs and lifestyle.
• Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments.
• Cerumen Removal.
• Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions or problems.
• Maintain documentation and patient files.

Qualifications:

• Masters’ Degree in Audiology but Au.D. is preferred.
• Active and current state Audiology licensure or the ability to obtain.

The successful Audiologist will also possess the following:

• Strong interpersonal (both written and verbal) and organizational skills
• The ability to work in a team environment as well as working independently.
• The ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members.
