The Treatment and Learning Centers (TLC) is dedicated to providing comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitative services. Our Audiology Department plays a crucial role in our mission to enhance the quality of life for our patients through exceptional hearing care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology services.
• Supervise clinical and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Provide direct patient care with a focus on excellence.
• Market audiology services to the community to enhance our outreach and impact.

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate level Audiologist (Au.D).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Licensure or immediate eligibility for licensure by the State of Maryland.
• At least seven years of relevant clinical experience.
• Previous supervisory and administrative experience.
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams for diagnosis and remediation.
