Key Responsibilities:
- Assist audiologists with hearing aid fittings, cleanings, and maintenance.
- Perform basic audiological procedures such as hearing aid checks and troubleshooting.
- Manage patient scheduling, follow-ups, and record keeping.
- Educate patients on hearing aid use and care.
- Maintain and calibrate audiological equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree in a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in healthcare or audiology is a plus but not required—we provide training!
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
