Audiologist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Audiologist to become part of a well- established ENT practice with a stable patient base. The position comes with a built-in referral source from 3 ENTs and 1 nurse practitioner. The Audiologist will work closely with patients to assess their hearing needs and develop tailored solutions to enhance their auditory health.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess hearing and balance disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss and treatment options.
- Fit and dispense hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in audiology practices and technologies.
- Utilize aseptic techniques when necessary to ensure patient safety during procedures.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing patient appointments and follow-ups.

Qualifications
- Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure or certification as an Audiologist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to the auditory system..
