Looking for a great practice to work with, to showcase your skills and expertise so you can help more patients meet their communication goals? Theos Audiology Solutions LLC is looking for a full-time or part-time provider (Audiologist or HIS) for their Galesburg, IL location. This is a fast-paced position that works alongside an ENT 3 days per week.

Theos Audiology Solutions LLC is family owned and operated by Kendra L. Theodosopoulos, Au.D. and Bill Theodosopoulos. We’ve been in business for 6 years with 3 locations, Peru, Streator, and Galesburg, Illinois.

Benefits for the position will include a base salary plus profit sharing as well as participation in the company 401(k) plan. The organization will also reimburse CEUs and national certification renewal fees; 50% of insurance costs will also be reimbursed. The position is also eligible for paid time off and company holidays.

We Invite You To Apply If You Have the Following Education and Experience

  • Hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology, current state and national certification --or--State Licensed HIS
  • Take 100% responsibility and exhibit a growth mindset
  • Have excellent communication and sales skills that allow effective working relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Experience with Audiology Office Management Systems
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with hearing aid software including Target, Genie, and Inspire
  • Ability to time block and prioritize with multiple deadlines
  • Detail oriented

Job Duties

  • Administer hearing evaluations, tests, or examinations to patients to collect information on type and degree of impairment
  • Counsel and recommend treatment plans when appropriate
  • Examine and clean patients' ear canals.
  • Fit and dispense assistive devices, such as hearing aids.
  • Maintain patient records at all stages, including initial evaluation and discharge.
  • Plan and conduct treatment programs for patients' hearing problems, consulting with physicians, nurses, psychologists, and other health care personnel as necessary.
  • Refer patients to additional medical or educational services if needed.
  • Participate in conferences or training to update or share knowledge of new hearing or treatment methods or technologies.
  • Participate in traditional marketing planning and execution
  • Participate in physician marketing program.
