Clinical Audiologist

We are looking for a talented audiologist to provide a high level of professional care for patients of our thriving ENT practice. Our providers are committed to helping individuals with hearing loss, understanding what a life-changing and enriching tool amplification can be and are enthusiastic about helping people improve their lives and relationships through better communication.

Located in the scenic Coeur d’Alene area with access to skiing, watersports, hiking trails and much more! Plenty of opportunity for activities for the outdoor enthusiast!

Responsibilities:

• Create an exceptional patient journey by counseling and building relationships
• Conduct comprehensive pediatric and adult hearing evaluations including tympanometry, otoacoustic emissions, air and bone conduction, speech testing, VRA, CPA, and Stenger testing
• Administer hearing aid evaluations and make recommendations for the best hearing aid solution
• Conduct hearing aid fittings and repairs for both adult and pediatric populations

Requirements:

• Education: AuD degree
• Current Idaho audiology licensure or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Must enjoy and be comfortable with the sales process and have a proven background of success selling hearing aids.
• Superior commitment to excellence in patient care and customer service
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients
• Proficiency with multiple software platforms required for successful fitting and troubleshooting of the latest hearing aid technology from dependable manufacturers
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making and judgment skills
• A commitment to integrity, honesty, and respect for both our patients and our internal staff and practice

Compensation:

• $68K –75K base + 4% commission on all sales
