A Day in the Life
- Provide personalized counseling to patients and their families regarding diagnostic results and treatment options.
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic testing (Audiograms, Tympanograms) for adult patients.
- Dispense and fit hearing aids, delivering realistic expectations and exceptional follow-up care for success.
- Perform hearing aid maintenance, checks, and repairs, ensuring patients receive the best care possible.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Education: Au.D. (Doctorate in Audiology) or Master’s Degree with national certification endorsement.
- Experience: 2+ years preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply!
- Licensure: Eligible to practice in Connecticut (Massachusetts licensure is a bonus!).
- Skills:
- Outstanding interpersonal communication—you build trust with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CounselEar or other documentation systems (a plus).
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and ready to grow with a team that has your back.
