This clinic offers a unique opportunity as it operates within an ENT office. Here, you’ll gain hands-on experience in diagnostics, specialized testing, and fitting various hearing aids, including Cochlear Implants and Bone-Anchored Hearing Aids. It’s truly an all-encompassing experience. You'll also be part of a supportive community of AuDs and externs who collaborate and assist one another.
Pay: Base + Uncapped Commission
$75,000 - $95,000 + Commission

You will help more people hear better by providing clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss while ensuring a positive patient experience. You will act in accordance with the required industry and state professional licensing standards. In addition to exceptional patient care you are responsible for growing your patient population and meeting practice financial goals.
- Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users of best practices.
- Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices. This includes but is not limited to troubleshooting, conducting repairs to hearing aids, earmolds and cleaning of hearing aids.
- Conduct assessments, fittings, and programming for bone-anchored hearing aids and cochlear implants.
- Provide comprehensive care, including patient education and follow-up support for both devices.
- Collaborate closely within the ENT group to ensure integrated care for patients requiring bone-anchored hearing aids and cochlear implants.
- Troubleshoot and repair all hearing aids including Bone-Anchored and Cochlear Implants as needed.
- Achieve practice growth with a strong mindset on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical practice standards.
- Local community outreach including health fairs and developing physician relationships. You represent HearingLifeas an advocate to making a life changing difference.
- Counsel patients on the purchase of their hearing aids, devices, and accessories. Maintain a current understanding of third-party payors and various payment methods in accordance with federal and state laws.
- Understand and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets working closely with your PCC and Manager to achieve clinics financial KPIs.
- Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care and product portfolio including but not limited conducting hearing tests, coach and educate patients on hearing aid devices.
- Maintain continuing education requirements based on state requirements.
- Ability to operate audiometric equipment and to interpret the results.
- Ability to communicate test results and interpret and propose treatment in a manner easily understood by patients. Communication is key!

- Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements
- 2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD
