Clinical and Dispensing Audiologist

Our large, autonomous private practice, Orange County Physicians Hearing Services, is currently accepting applications for a full-time audiologist.  We have eight doctoral-level audiologists and are affiliated with eleven ENT physicians at Head and Neck Associates. We currently mentor and supervise doctoral student externs.  All of our supervising audiologists are ASHA certified (CCC-A). We have an amazing team! 

The services we provide include diagnostic audiometry, OAEs, tympanometry including wideband, newborn hearing screening, VNGs, hearing aid dispensing, cochlear implants, and BAHA, all at a high level of competency. The patient population we serve includes a broad distribution of newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. This is a comprehensive setting that is well-integrated with ENT physicians.

Our main office is in Mission Viejo, which is located in coastal Southern California, 60 miles each direction between Los Angeles and San Diego. We also have four nearby satellite offices. Our area could be described as upper middle class to affluent, suburban residential. We have offices at our major regional hospitals: Mission Hospital, Saddleback Memorial Hospital, and Hoag Presbyterian in Newport Beach and Irvine.

A current California Dispensing Audiology license is required, or must at least be eligible for both California licenses (Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
