Working for Biltmore ENT you will be a part of a collaborative team, working alongside surgeons, specialists, and audiologists, who are committed to high-quality patient care focusing on our team-based approach when it comes to ENT, Audiology and Hearing Instrument Services.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
• Provide expert counseling and patient education as part of a customized treatment plan.
• Recommend and fit hearing devices tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
• Assist with clinical administrative functions, including patient communication, documentation, and reporting.
• Ensure confidentiality and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Engage in community marketing efforts, such as health fairs, senior living events and educational outreach programs.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience building positive relationships with patients.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology.
• Active Arizona Dispensing License or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong patient-centered approach with outstanding listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse and dynamic team.
• Adaptability and openness to constructive feedback and change.

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: $65,000-$77,000 with additional commission opportunities
