This tutorial provides audiologists, especially those with little formal business education, with a working definition of KPIs. A major theme of this course is that a relatively small group of about a dozen KPIs are an essential part of managing a successful audiology practice. The most useful KPIs for managing retail-oriented and medically oriented practices will be provided. Best practice benchmarks and how to use them to hire, coach, and train your staff also is covered.
You may earn ABA Tier 1 credits for this course if you complete it as part of the course 30959, "Private Practice in Audiology Series presented in partnership with Seminars in Hearing." Course 30959 contains recordings of all five events from our 2018 series on Private Practice in Audiology. ABA Tier 1 CEUs can be earned only when all modules are completed as part of course 30959.
