Dr. Worthington is the VISN 12 Telehealth Program Coordinator, helping to oversee telehealth services for 8 VA Medical Centers and 40 Outpatient Clinics in the Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Michigan areas. Dr. Worthington was a VA audiologist at the Captain James A Lovell FHCC starting in 2008 and then served as the teleaudiology program from 2013-2022. Dr. Worthington also serves on the National VHA TeleAudiology Advisory Board and is an adjunct lecturer on telehealth topics at both Northwestern and Rush Universities.

Dr. Chad Gladden is the Audiology Telehealth Coordinator for the VA Audiology and Speech Pathology National Program Office. He is a national spokesperson for the advancement of teleaudiology and serves on numerous national committees dealing with connected care within the VA. Dr. Gladden has authored articles and presented nationally on ways to get started in teleaudiology and has served as a master preceptor to beginning teleaudiology practitioners. He has a strong commitment to advancing telehealth and connected care and preparing staff for involvement in this important service to Veterans.

Dr. Rachel Tomasek is an Audiologist with the VA Centralized Audiology Team and a longstanding telehealth master preceptor. She has participated and co-led in several clinical teleaudiology pilots and projects within multiple VISNs. In her current detail position, supporting the national Audiology & Speech Pathology program office, she is in collaboration with the Office of Connected Care I Telehealth Services and our larger group of telehealth clinical subject matter experts to develop national teleaudiology training and education.

Danielle Crawford, Au.D., CCC-A is the Assistant Chief of Audiology and Speech Pathology Service at the Phoenix VA Health Care System. Danielle completed her Bachelors in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Louisiana State University and her Doctorate of Audiology at Vanderbilt University. Danielle’s finished her Audiology training with a 4th year externship at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS). After working briefly in the private sector, Danielle returned to the TVHS where she worked 8 years prior to transferring to the Phoenix VA 3 years ago.

Gina Lindwall

Gina Lindwall (Au.D, CCC-A) started her VA career at the Madison VA in 2008 as an extern in her final year in Au.D. program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a native Wisconsinite and graduated from UW Madison for undergraduate education (BA in Communicative Disorders; BA in Psychology) as well. Enjoying the adult and Veteran populations immensely, she stayed on at the Madison VA as a staff audiologist following graduation and remained there until her transition to the Montana VA Health Care System in 2023. There, she has helped to increase virtual Audiology care offerings and began to see the first Audiology patients at an ATLAS site in Eureka, MT. Gina has provided teleaudiology
services since 2011. Her other areas of expertise include vestibular assessment, serving Memory Clinic populations, and student mentorship. When not at home baking or playing with her 6-year-old son, you can bet she’s gone for a run.

Lindsay Dickinson, AuD, CCC-A is the Section Chief of Audiology & Speech Pathology Services at the Montana VA Health Care System. She began her VHA career with the Western Colorado Health Care System in 2007 and spent 13 years there prior to transferring to MT VA HCS in 2020. Lindsay developed a passion for Audiology through a lifelong journey with hearing loss and amplification. She has long been intrigued by telehealth technologies and is a strong advocate for implementation of nontraditional services and modalities of care within Audiology. Lindsay is proud to lead a diverse and innovative team of Audiologists, Technicians and Speech Language Pathologists intent on breaking barriers and expanding care to Veterans across the state of Montana.

Danielle McCall, Au.D., MBA, CCC-A is a Supervisory Audiologist with the Audiology & Speech Pathology Service at the Montana VA Health Care System. Danielle completed her BS in Communication Sciences and Disorders as well as her Master of Business Administration degrees at the Pennsylvania State University. She then earned a Master of Art’s degree and Doctorate degree of Audiology at the University of Pittsburgh. Danielle finished her Audiology training with a 4th year externship at Walter Reed Military Medical Center where she also direct commissioned into the U.S. Army, where she remained on Active Duty followed by Reserve Duty for close to 10 years. Danielle’s early career took her to several Army installations where she served as the Chief of the Fort Stewart Hearing Program and as a Supervisory Audiologist of the Fort Bragg Hearing Program. Danielle transitioned to the VHA in 2022 to continue her career-long passion of working with members of the Military and Veterans.
