This presentation will cover the products and features available for the Select hearing instruments offered exclusively to eligible participants in the TruHearing benefit plan. The Select instruments are programmed via the Signia Connexx 9 fitting software and feature Signia hearing instrument technology; fitting workflow and fitting features will also be covered.

- Participants will be able to perform a First Fit in the Connexx 9 software.
- Participants will be able to describe the smartphone app and accessories compatible with TruHearing Select products.

Patty Greene is an audiologist with more than 28 years of experience in the hearing care industry. As Director of Provider Engagement, Patty is responsible for building stronger relationships with the providers in the TruHearing network. She helps TruHearing providers successfully utilize TruHearing programs and services through provider communications and education. She joined the TruHearing team in August 2015.
Previously, she has held positions in sales, marketing and training with leading hearing aid manufacturers as well as having managed her own private audiology practice. Patty has presented on a wide variety of hearing industry topics around the country. She earned her Master’s degree in Audiology from SUNY Buffalo.

Dr. Gehlen is a Senior Program Manager of Professional Education for WSA. She is responsible for the planning and execution of training content to staff and continuing education for technology, products, and fitting software for customers in the U.S. She holds an Au.D. from the University of Florida. For the Signia brand, she has previously held roles in management, clinical education, staff audiologist for manufacturing and customer support, and field training for customers. She presents at national and state meetings with a focus on industry topics amplification and tinnitus. She has practiced clinical audiology and hearing aid fitting in a variety of clinical settings in northern California and in the Tampa Bay, Florida area prior to joining Signia in 2011.
