Amanda Albertsen is a Clinical Education Specialist at Widex. She received her Doctorate of Audiology from Illinois State University and her Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Science at the University of Iowa. Prior to working at Widex, Dr. McFadden worked as a Clinical Audiologist for a large private practice in Chicago. She performed diagnostic testing and dispensed a wide variety of hearing aids to adult patients. She also supervised Doctorate of Audiology students. She firmly believes hearing is essential to personal relationships. She enjoys supporting Hearing Care Professionals so they can best serve their patients, leading to optimal quality of life. She currently resides in Chicago and enjoys spending time with her friends, family and Labradoodle, Daisy.
