Signia TeleCare is a robust, innovative feature enabling providers to make remote hearing aid adjustments; however, it is much more than that. With Care Chat it is a way for the HCP to stay in touch with their patients. Additionally, there are valuable patient support tools such as daily satisfaction ratings and hearing lessons that increase overall patient benefit and caregiver satisfaction. In this Tech in 10, Brian Taylor reviews some of the key research findings supporting the effectiveness of Signia TeleCare.
