Dr. Klop is a Senior Manager of the Clinical Education Team for Signia. She is responsible for the support and on-going training of the Signia Educational Specialists and for creating new and innovative training methods to enhance customer service. She is responsible for training customers and sales staff on the company’s current technology and products. She conducts training sessions in customers’ offices, remotely, via webinars, and at regional and national events. Areas of expertise include hearing assistive technology and the fitting of kids and teens. Prior to joining Signia (then Siemens Hearing Instruments) in 2012, she operated a private dispensing practice for 6 years. Other clinical experience includes hospital, ENT, and non-profit clinics. Lisa obtained her doctorate degree in Audiology from Central Michigan University in 2005.

Educational Specialist
Dr. Robertson is an Educational Specialist for Signia. Her responsibilities include training customers on software and products both face-to-face and via virtual sessions. She has 7 years of experience working in ENT settings with children and adults, as well as 2 years of experience at St. Joseph Institute for the Deaf where she focused audiology care on children 0-3 years of age. She has acquired a comprehensive understanding of diagnostics, hearing aid technology, counseling and addressing the hearing needs of individuals. Danielle received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arkansas State University in 2002 and a Doctoral degree in Audiology from Missouri State University in 2007.
