Clinical Education Specialist
Dr. Downard is a Clinical Education Specialist for Signia. She is responsible for training customers and sales staff on the company’s current technology and products. She conducts training sessions in customers’ offices, remotely, and at regional events. Her primary territories include Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Dr. Downard worked in a variety of clinical settings but spent most of her career in a private practice setting before joining the Signia team. She specialized in adult diagnostics and amplification. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Science from the Ohio State University in 2013 and a Doctoral degree in Audiology from Ball State University in 2017.
