Learning Outcomes
- After this course, participants will be able to list populations at particularly high risk of prejudice and discrimination by audiology clinic patients.
- After this course, participants will be able to identify patient words and actions that are prejudiced or discriminatory.
- After this course, participants will be able to discuss how to apply de-escalation and redirection techniques with audiology clinic patients showing prejudice or discrimination against staff or providers.
