She earned her Doctor of Audiology degree in 2003 from the University of Florida and her Masters of Communication Disorders in 2000 from Louisiana State University Health Science Center in New Orleans. Prior to working as a customer trainer for Phonak, her clinical experience included diagnostics for pediatrics through geriatrics, hearing aid and FM fittings and evaluations, as well as auditory processing disorder evaluations.
