Søren Nielsen serves as the President of WS Audiology (WSA) and Chief Commercial Officer for US Wholesale, overseeing all aspects of the commercial organization. Since becoming President of Widex USA in 2020, he has successfully led efforts to deliver the most natural sound and the highest levels of service and support to hearing care professionals across the United States. With a proven track record of success, he prioritizes customer needs and focuses team performance to consistently deliver on our promises.

 Søren previously served in Widex Global leadership for four years as global Chief Marketing Officer and also as Regional Vice President of Sales and General Manager for Widex companies in Northern Europe.

 Søren’s vision, experience, and dedication to outstanding customer service developed throughout his career help to not only maintain but improve upon the technology, training, and support customers have come to expect WSA brands.

Dana Helmink
AuD, MA

Sr. Director, Audiology/Clinical Development

Dana Helmink holds a Master’s degree from Northern Illinois University and a Doctor of Audiology degree from Salus University.  Before joining Widex as a Clinical Product Specialist, Dana was a global product manager at Otometrics, contributing to the development and launch of the Otoscan ear scanner.  In that role, Dana leads the design and development of a unique software-based interactive training program.  Her previous hearing industry experience includes more than a decade managing an otoacoustic emission product line for Etymotic Research, Inc. Prior to taking a role in the industry, Dana worked clinically, focusing on adult diagnostics, fitting, verification, and advanced technology solutions.

 Dana very proudly served for many years on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Academy of Audiology on several committees and in elected roles, including President of The Academy.
