The new MotionCore platform incorporates a real-time motion sensor, enabling High Resolution Soundpro to take a wearer’s movements into account when defining the hearing situation. This course describes features of the MotionCore platform and introduces the new M-Core R312, battery-driven RIC, and M-Core R-Li, rechargeable RIC, both with integrated motion sensors.

Dr. Abreu earned his medical degree from the Iberoamerican University in Dominican Republic. After earning his specialty degree he went on to practice Otology for 9 years. In 2009 he moved to the United States to join Rexton’s Audiology department. He currently heads Rexton Audiology and Technical Education department. He has been providing education on hearing technology for the last six years both in the United States and abroad.
