Carissa is a clinical audiologist with 29 years of experience in the areas of implantable hearing devices, pediatric diagnostics and rehabilitation, and the development of training programs to support the hearing healthcare industry. She is presently the training manager at Oticon Medical. Throughout her career she was worked in various clinical, academic, research and industry settings. She has published several articles and presented nationally and internationally in the areas of cochlear implants, pediatric management of hearing loss and rehabilitation.
