She developed a passion for cochlear implants in 1994 when she began her career as an audiologist at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, MD. She joined Cochlear in May 2000 where she has served in a variety of roles including clinical and surgical support, sales, clinical research, and market expansion. Ginger is a passionate lifelong learner and now shares that enthusiasm as a Professional Education Manager at Cochlear.

Rebecca is a Clinical Technical Project Manager for Cochlear America. In her current role, Rebecca is responsible for providing subject matter expertise across departments within Cochlear, working collaboratively with Product Management, Clinical Studies, Post-Market Surveillance and Professional Education as a subject-matter expert across Cochlear's product portfolio, candidacy, counseling, and complex case management. She also provide product and clinical expertise to both internal and external customers through virtual and in‐person advanced product training, launch training and complex case support. Rebecca received her Doctorate of Audiology from East Tennessee State University. She has been with Cochlear since 2012.

Senior Product Manager
Jay is a Senior Product Manager for Nucleus Sound Processors for Cochlear. Since joining Cochlear in 2008, Jay has held multiple positions in Product Management, Sales and Operations in the U.S. and Sweden. In his current position, Jay manages the Nucleus Sound Processor portfolio. During his time at Cochlear, Jay has provided support for CI and Acoustics implants, surgeries and sound processors. Jay earned a B.A. in Economics from the College of Wooster in Wooster, OH.
