Karen is a National Education and Training Specialist for Oticon. Dr. Toole has experience working in various settings serving both children and adults. She also has many years of industry experience supporting hearing care professionals, helping them grow and develop. She was an account manager at Oticon for four years prior to her current role as an Education & Training Specialist. Dr. Toole is passionate about helping people with hearing loss and has volunteered at a free hearing clinic and taught sign language to parents of newly diagnosed children. She has worked with a non-profit organization that supports families and individuals with hearing loss. She obtainer her Au.D. degree from AT Still University.
