Annie Duchen, AuD, is a clinical pediatric audiologist by background. She is the Senior Manager of Customer Success for the WSA OTC team. She developed and now maintains the comprehensive Sony Product Support team and resources available for the Sony OTC hearing aids both for device users and hearing care professionals. Dr. Duchen received her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and her doctorate degree from the University of Washington.

Dr. Goryl is the Key Account Manager for WSA OTC sales. She is focused on assisting hearing care professionals integrate OTC into the market. Previously she was the Signia Senior Territory Account Manager for Illinois and NE Iowa. She joined the team in 2019 to assist customers in different clinic settings with practice development, business growth, and marketing. Prior to working at Signia, Ashley practiced audiology in a large private practice in Illinois for 7 years. In her last two years there she was the director of audiology and assisted in managing 5 audiology offices and 8 audiologists. Dr. Goryl received her undergraduate degree from Eastern Illinois University and her doctorate degree from Northern Illinois University.
