Michael Harris
MD
Michael Harris is one of four neurotologist at Medical College of Wisconsin, where he serves as Chief of the Division of Otology, Neurotology, & Skull Base Surgery. He is Medical Director of the Koss Cochlear Implant Program at Froedtert Hospital and the Clement J. Zablocki VA Cochlear Implant Program. Dr. Harris has research funding from the NIH as well as industry and intramural support for work focused on hearing loss and cognitive function, environmental sound perception in listeners with hearing loss, and hearing preservation following cochlear implantation using intra-operative electrocochleography. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Dr. Harris is a Medical College of Wisconsin medical school alumnus. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology and a T32 postdoctoral research fellowship at Indiana University before going on to neurotology fellowship at The Ohio State University.

Kristina Brendzel

Dr. Kristina Brendzel was awarded her doctorate degree from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona in 2012. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the Western Michigan University in 1996 and her Master of Arts degree in Audiology from Michigan State University in 1998.
Dr. Brendzel completed her clinical fellowship at the California Ear Institute at Stanford in 1999. She has received a comprehensive education in the areas of assessment and treatment of all populations with hearing and balance issues. Dr. Brendzel, who has been a clinical audiologist for over 25 years, is trained in the areas of comprehensive audiological evaluations for patients of all ages, advanced hearing aid technology, osseointegrated (bone-anchored) hearing devices, electrophysiology (including electrocochleography, vestibular evoked myogenic potentials, and auditory brainstem response), videonystagmography, rotary chair, cochlear implant candidacy evaluations, and post-cochlear implant programming. She works with all three cochlear implant companies: Advanced Bionics, Med-El Corporation and Cochlear Americas. Dr. Brendzel also has experience performing canalith repositioning maneuvers. She is a licensed audiologist in the state of Florida and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (F-AAA).

Scott Brown, M.D., is a neurotologist and lateral skull base surgeon at the Atlanta Institute for ENT in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Brown's clinical practice focuses on the comprehensive management of all disease processes related to the ear, hearing, balance, and skull base. He treats both children and adults. His specific interests include, but are not limited to, cochlear implantation, facial nerve disorders and tumors, endoscopic ear surgery, vertigo/balance, otosclerosis, bone conduction hearing aids, acoustic neuromas, temporal bone cancers, and chronic ear surgery (cholesteatoma, otitis media).
