Heather L. Strader, AuD serves as the Executive Director of the Institute for Cochlear Implant Training, creating professional education experiences for Audiologists, Surgeons, and Interventionists who specialize in cochlear implant care. She received her Bachelor of Science from Purdue University and her Doctorate of Audiology from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. She completed her fellowship with the University of North Carolina Pediatric Cochlear Implant Team and previously worked with the St. Louis Children's Hospital Pediatric Cochlear Implant Team, where she grew her passion for clinical education and training. She is currently a CI Audiologist for the Prisma Healthcare cochlear implant team, a growing CI team in the Upstate of South Carolina. She recently helped to lead a consensus team to revise the Minimum Speech Test Battery (MSTB-3) to guide adult cochlear implant care.

Molly Smeal, AuD, CCC/A is an audiologist at Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Smeal practices as a clinical audiologist specializing in cochlear implants, auditory implants, and single-sided deafness. She also participates in research as it relates to cochlear implant outcomes and programming. Dr. Smeal has led and participated in several subcommittees focused on clinical quality control. She has several publications and invited presentations and is a member of the American Cochlear Implant Alliance.

Kathleen Sheets
AuD CCC-A
Kathleen Sheets, Au.D. has worked in a busy ENT clinic in the Twin Cities since 2009. She currently sees a diverse clinic population and provides a range of diagnostic services that includes both vestibular testing and cochlear implant services. In addition, she performs diagnostic audiology testing and dispenses hearing aids. She received her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), the American Speech Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and the Minnesota Academy of Audiology (MAA).
