This presentation reviews some of the medications that may lead to balance conditions and the risk of falling. The speaker will discuss drug classifications that may directly harm the vestibular system, and the myriad of medications that have dizziness, fall risk, and vertigo as prevalent adverse effects. In addition, the session will describe types of vestibular testing that may be done to better evaluate and treat these conditions in affected patients.
